Welcome to BANDOG. These terms are an agreement between you and 上海邦德狗智能科技有限公司 (“we”) about the BANDOG smart pet collar, the companion software, and this website. By using these products or services, you understand and agree to these terms.
1. The service
BANDOG provides intelligent pet wearables and software, including location viewing, geofence notices, activity and health trends, device status, and authorized family sharing. The functions available to you depend on the device, software version, and permissions you actually use.
2. Acceptable use
You should provide true and complete information and keep your account and device secure. You may not use BANDOG products for unlawful activity, interfere with the service, or access another person’s pet, household, or device information without authorization.
3. Limits of location and notices
Location, tracks, and geofence notices depend on network conditions, satellite signals, battery level, how the device is worn, and the surrounding environment. They cannot be guaranteed to be real-time, continuous, or fully accurate in every situation. BANDOG does not replace care in person, a leash, or other necessary safety measures. If a pet is lost or an emergency arises, take action on the scene and contact local authorities when needed.
4. Health trends
Activity and health trends are for everyday household observation only. They are not a veterinary diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a medical-device use. If a pet appears unwell, consult a veterinarian.
5. Device and software
Hardware and software must be used together. Wear, charge, and maintain the device as instructed. We may update the software from time to time to fix issues or improve the experience. Interruptions or data errors caused by delayed updates, incorrect wearing, or unauthorized modification are the user’s responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
Unless the law provides otherwise or we state otherwise, the BANDOG name, marks, website content, software interface, and related designs belong to us or to the lawful rights holder. They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss caused by force majeure, interruption of third-party network or location services, a device that is not worn, a depleted battery, or your breach of these terms. Mandatory consumer-protection rules, if any, still apply.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant services. We may suspend or end the service if we find a serious breach of these terms.
